(14:20) You are kindly invited to watch the interview with Ljoba Jenče, a slovene singer, storyteller, collector of slovene oral tradition and heritage. We had a chance to speak with her and catch a glimpse of her Folk Singing Vocal Workshopheld in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The richness of the slovenian vocal tradition of the past centuries is immense and can give us a more comprehensive insight and understanding of who Slovene people as a nation are in their origins, how they lived, cultivated their everyday lives and sacred days. And most importantly; one learns that the traditional values are still very much alive in each of us, despite the fact that the modern life style of nowadays seems to be forgetting and sometimes even ignoring the fact, that we are who we are also because of our ancestors’s heritage passed on from one generation to the next …
