You came
Was the day
when you left
Your
kingdom above
To share
our life, to share our pain
And our
bitterness, too.
Far from
Heaven and earth,
forgotten
and lost,
Trusting
`till the end, all on Your own.
And while
You where crying
In
loneliness „why?“,
forsaken by
all,
looking
above You gave back to Heaven
the breath
of Your life.
But from
that darkened sky a star shone on us,
everything
was clear, a secret revealed,
what love,
only love, is able to do!
My night has no darkness
For You are the light
When we lose our way
Whenever we stray
Your love is leading us back home
Guiding
star, breaking
Into the
darkness so Light can come through.
Guiding
star, helping
Those who
cry in misery and need.
Guiding
star, showing
How to live
in harmony and peace,
leading the
way towards beauty and truth,
giving us
strength to start a new day!
